Connecting your TomTom Sports device to your TomTom Sports app using Bluetooth®* should be simple to do, but sometimes it can go wrong. If you cannot connect your device to your app, try the following steps to get connected.
Pair your phone and app again
If you do not see a keypad on your phone when you are asked to enter the pin code and the above steps do not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset on your Sports watch or Fitness tracker .
