You can edit your email address, password, and postal address on your account details page .
If you are not already logged in with your TomTom account, log in now. If you've forgotten your password, you can click the Forgot password link on the login screen, to get a password reminder sent to your registered email address.
To update your details follow the steps below:
- Select Profile to edit your email address, personal details or to change password.
You can also select exactly which type of email notifications you want to receive as notifications.
- To edit your postal address, click Address details tab.
To check active subscriptions on your navigation device, select Subscriptions. You can also cancel an ongoing subscription from your account. For more information, click How to cancel an ongoing service subscription.
If you wish to know your product details, click Products tab. The navigation devices associated with your account will be displayed. To add any new navigation device, see Linking your navigation device to your TomTom account.
On your account details page, you can check your Orders, Repairs, and previous Support tickets.
