Cancelling a subscription

To cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in on https://www.tomtom.com/account/details.html.
2. Select the Subscriptions tab at the top of the page.
3. Select Status.
4. Cancel your subscription.
   
   

Mobile apps

For subscriptions purchased on the Play Store or App Store do one of the following:

• Andriod (example Samsung)
  On the Play Store, tap your profile in the top right > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• iOS
  In iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID at the top > Subscriptions > TomTom GO Navigation
