TomTom has introduced ongoing service subscriptions in order to make it more convenient to keep your device up-to-date. Any monthly or yearly subscriptions you purchase will be automatically renewed unless they are canceled before the active period is over.

If you are charged more than once for the same period, then you might have subscribed to or purchased the same service multiple times.
To check the details of your subscription, go to https://www.tomtom.com/account/details.html#my-subscriptions, log in with your TomTom account and click Subscriptions.
We inform you in advance before your subscription is auto-renewed. As long as you don’t cancel the subscription manually, your current subscription will be renewed automatically
If you do not want the service anymore and wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so from your account details page under Subscriptions. For more information, see: How to cancel an ongoing service subscription
Note: The cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period, and you will be able to use your services until the period ends.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You have an ongoing annual subscription and you were charged for a monthly subscription for the same service.
- You were charged for a subscription that you had already canceled in a previous billing period.
