To check the status of your order click on My orders . Click the specific order number for detailed information. The Status shows both the status of the order and that of the payment.

In process |
Your payment details have been accepted by our payment provider and will clear shortly. PayPal payments can take longer to clear. |
Completed |
Your order has been paid. |
Cancelled |
Your order has been cancelled. |
Payment status
Not paid |
You haven't confirmed your order yet and no payment details were entered. These orders will disappear from your account if they are not paid within 6 weeks; you do not need to cancel them. Note: If you have placed an order via bank transfer, it can take up to 10 working days for your payment to be processed. |
Payment in process |
Your payment details have been approved. TomTom waits until the order has been shipped or the download has been provided before charging your account. If you bought downloadable products or services they are available for download or activation. Click for more information Download map or Activate LIVE Services . |
Paid |
Your account has been charged and TomTom has received the payment. An invoice has been sent to you by email. |
Cancelled |
Your payment order has been cancelled. |
Refused |
Your payment has not been received. Your order was not authorised. You need to order the item again using different payment details. |
Shipping status
Not shipped |
Your order has not been shipped. You can still cancel your order at this stage. |
Pending Shipment |
The order has been sent to our warehouse and will be shipped to you via Maersk. You can no longer cancel the order. |
Shipped |
Your order has been taken by the courier (Maersk) and is on the way to your shipment address. The Maersk tracking number has been sent to you by email. In the order details, you can click on the word SHIPPED to see your tracking number. You can use it on the Maersk tracking site . |
