You can stop your subscription from renewing automatically. Here's how:
- Sign in at tomtom.com/account/details.html.
- Select Subscriptions at the top of the page.
- Find the subscription you want to change.
- Under Options, click Cancel, then confirm.
Your subscription then ends on the day it was scheduled to auto-renew.
Mobile apps
If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, it's managed directly by Google or Apple — not TomTom. To cancel, follow the steps for your device:

Go to the Play Store, tap your profile icon in the top right, then select Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Go to Settings, tap your Apple ID at the top, then select Subscriptions > TomTom GO Expert.
