Extending services like Traffic or Speed Cameras

To renew your Traffic or Speed Camera subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Account details and sign in to your TomTom account.
    Note: Use the account linked to your navigation device.
  2. Open the Products tab.
  3. Make sure your device is listed.
    If not, link your device to your account.
  4. Click Update below your device.
    Note: This option appears if your service has expired or is about to expire.
  5. Click Activate to renew your service.
  6. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your purchase.
