If you get the error No results foundin the TomTom GO Navigation app, the address you are searching for either does not exist in the map(s) you have installed, or it may be filtered out by your search settings.
First, make sure your search is not limited and that the app is set to search the Whole map. You can select this option right below the search field.
If you still see “Address Not Found” with Whole map selected, this is in most cases because the specific address you are searching for is a part of another map region that is not yet installed on your phone.
When you start the app for the first time, it recommends downloading the map that covers the area where you are currently located. For certain locations, such as the UK, France or Germany, this map may not cover the entirety of your country.
To install additional map regions for your country, follow these steps:
Android™
- In the main menu, tap Settings .
- Open Maps and Display and tap on Downloaded Maps .
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Add.
- Select your continent and country.
- Download additional maps for your country.
iOS
- In the main menu, tap Maps.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Add.
- Select your continent and country.
- Download additional maps for your country.
Tip : We recommend that you install all the maps for your country if possible.
