If Tom by TomTom loses its connection to your phone while driving it beeps and flashes white. If you experience this, there are a few things to check.
Update
Make sure Tom and the TomTom app are up-to-date.
Phone settings
Double-check that your phone settings are correct and that battery saver mode is turned off to allow a stable connection.

Charge
Make sure Tom has enough charge. You can check the battery status in the TomTom app. Go to Settings > Tom.
Red lights at the bottom of Tom appear when the battery is low.
Distance
Make sure the phone is within a few metres of the Tom device.
