Recycle your TomTom device

If you wish to recycle your old or non-functional TomTom device, you can now send this device to us.

Follow these steps to send the device:

1. Submit your request, using this form.
   You need to be logged in to fill in the form.
2. Enter your device model and your address details, then submit the form.

Once we receive your request to recycle your device, we send you prepaid label by email. Use this to send in your device.

Note: The devices that are sent for recycling cannot be returned.
