You can set how far in advance you want AmiGO to give warnings for speed cameras or hazards in the Settings menu, under Warnings .
The warning distance is calculated using your location and speed, based on your phone’s GPS signal. If your GPS position is not accurate, either temporarily (for instance when driving through a tunnel) or continuously (if there are issues with your phone’s GPS hardware and/or software), then you may experience that a warning for a camera or hazard comes later than it should.
Driving very fast may also result in a late warning.
