For products purchased on TomTom, you have the right to request a refund for any reason. You need to do this within 14 days of receiving the product.
If the product is a downloadable service, for example a map update, a refund is not possible.
You can request a refund by clicking Contact us in the bottom-right corner of the site to see our chatbot and click Request a refund; you are asked to log in to your TomTom account first.
It can take 7 to 10 business days to receive your money back in your account. The refund is made through Adyen, and may not show any reference to TomTom B.V.
