If Tom by TomTom does not give you alerts, make sure they are enabled in the TomTom app on your phone.
In the app, go to Main Menu > Settings > Warnings.
Note: It's important that you pair with Tom from within the TomTom app, not from your phone's settings.
Make sure your phone is compatible and you are using the right settings.

If you still don't get alerts
- From the TomTom app menu, tap Tom
- Scroll down, then tap Remove device.
- Pair Tom again with your phone.
