What iOS version supports Family Sharing?
Any iPhone with iOS14 or higher supports Family Sharing plan.
How do I upgrade from an individual subscription to the 12-Month Family Subscription?
You can upgrade anytime in your phone’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Make sure the Family Sharing option is enabled: Settings > Apple ID > Family Sharing.
Is the difference between the old and new subscription reimbursed?
Upon upgrading, Apple refunds the remainder of your original subscription.
When we upgrade to Family Plan, what happens to our individual subscriptions with regards to different expiry dates?
The family member that pays for the plan should be charged the annual fee minus the remainder of their original subscription. The optimal plan is to wait until all subscriptions expire.
Are my places and routes available to all family members?
Your places and routes are linked to your TomTom account. Only if you all share that account, all have the same places and routes.
Can a family member with an Android device access the Family Subscription?
Family Sharing is only available to iOS users. It is not available across platforms.
How many iOS devices can get access to the 12-Month Family Subscription?
Up to six members are able to use our app using the 12-Month Family Subscription.
Is there a combined Truck and Family Sharing subscription?
If you upgrade to a Truck subscription it overwrites a Family Subscription if that is on your Apple ID.
Upon upgrading, Apple refunds the remainder of your original subscription.
