Tom by TomTom is designed to automatically reconnect to your phone once it detects movement while being near your phone.
In some unfortunate cases, this is not happening. On some phones (Android), the setting for disabling battery savings is overruled. Instead of unrestricted the phone changes back to optimised.
The following steps should resolve this:
- On your Android Phone, go to Settings > Apps > All Apps.
- Search for Device Health Services.
- Tap Storage and Cache.
- Tap Clear Storage > Clear all data.
