If your subscription is not recognised you’re probably logged in with a different account than you bought the app with in the Play Store.
Try the following steps:
- In Google Play, tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Tap the arrow next to the email address you’re signed in with.
- Choose the email address you bought our app with. Tip: With the right profile selected, the app is shown under Subscriptions.
If this doesn’t fix it:
It can sometimes happen that the Play Store doesn't report that there are purchases due to multiple Google accounts on the phone.
In these cases, uninstall the app and reinstall it ensuring you’re using the correct account.
Try the following steps:
- Long-press the app icon, then tap Uninstall.
- In Google Play, make sure you’re signed in with the right account. See above steps.
- Reinstall the GO Navigation app.
Tip: These steps also apply if Menu > Settings > Subscriptions > Manage brings you to the wrong account in Google.
