For products purchased via TomTom, you have a right to cancel the purchase for any reason, if you contact TomTom within 14 days after the products have been delivered to you.
It is not possible to cancel the order process once it has been confirmed. You can submit a refund request as soon as you have received your product. To do this, click Contact Us in the bottom-right corner to open our chatbot. Then, click or write "Request a refund".
The exception is when the product in question is a service or a digital product (e.g. a map update purchased separately), where it's not possible to cancel the purchase. For more details, see: How to request a refund .
For ongoing subscriptions, you can cancel at any time, but any period you have already been billed for will not be refunded. For more information, see: How to cancel an ongoing service subscription .
