If you have purchased a subscription for the GO Navigation app from the Play Store but the app states that you don’t have an active subscription when you launch it, this can be because you are logged in with a different account than the one you made the purchase with.
You may also get a notification stating Subscription Ended when you are logged in with different account.
To check that you are logged in with the right account, follow these steps:
On the screen stating that the subscription has expired,
Select any of the plans offered, and then tap
On the Google Play payment screen, select your payment method.
At the top of the Payment methods screen you can see the email address for the Google account that you are currently logged in with.
If you are not logged in with the account you made the purchase with, make sure to log in with the correct account and reinstall the app using that account instead.
