An ongoing subscription is a TomTom service with recurring billing, such as the monthly Speed Camera Updates subscription.
Cancel a subscription
- To cancel an active subscription, first open your Account details by clicking this link .
Log in if prompted, and then click the Subscriptions tab. - Here you see the details of your current as well as any previous subscriptions, and in the rightmost column, you have the options to either Change payment method or Cancel subscription.
- Once a subscription is cancelled its status will be changed to Cancelled, and you will no longer be billed for its renewal. You can cancel at any time, but any period you have already been billed for will not be refunded. You will continue to receive updates for the service until the final period you have been billed for runs out.
