The No maps found error can occur if your device either has no map installed or the map is not readable. To resolve this, download your map again if you are still able to, or restore your map from a backup.
You can still download your map if one of the following conditions apply:
- You have purchased a downloadable map or a Map Update Service within the last 12 months
or
- You are within your Latest map guarantee period (typically 90 days from the first use of your device)
