If the GO Navigation app is crashing on your iPhone, try the following:
- Fully close and restart the app on your phone.
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. In the App Store, if a newer version is available, you’re shown Update. If no update is available, you’re shown Open.
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of iOS. Check iOS Settings > General > Software Update.
If the app still crashes, try reinstalling the app:
- If the app still allows you to reach the menu, go to TomTom Services and enable MyDrive. This syncs your Places, so you have a backup.
- Uninstall the app from your phone.
- Restart your phone.
- Download the app again from the App Store and restart the phone again.
- Enable MyDrive to sync your Places.
Tip: If Help us learn is enabled in Settings > System > Your information, the app sends us an anonymised log the next time it’s started after a crash. We regularly monitor these logs.
