Activating promotion or prepaid voucher codes

Tip : Check the documentation that came with your promotion or activation code to see where you can use it.

Which type of code do you have?

• I have a discount voucher.

  You will need to activate this code on the tomtom.com website. To activate your discount voucher, do the following:

  1. Choose your product on tomtom.com .
  2. To add your product to your shopping cart, click Add to cart .
  3. Copy and paste your code into the Voucher code box on the shopping cart page and then click Activate .
     The value of the discount voucher is deducted.
  4. Click the Continue button to proceed to enter your details and place the order.
  • Terms and conditions for discount vouchers
    
    • Each voucher code is valid for one transaction at tomtom.com, when its full value will be deducted.
    • Your voucher code cannot be redeemed against Map Update Services, LIVE Services and voices.
    • Your voucher code cannot be redeemed against discounted items.
    • Your voucher code must be used in the web shop of your country of registration and is not exchangeable for cash.
    • Your voucher code cannot be redeemed using TomTom HOME or the Apple iTunes Store.
    • Each device owner may only redeem one voucher code.
    • A voucher code cannot be used for orders that accumulate to less than 10 GBP.

• I have a prepaid promotion or activation code.

  To activate your prepaid promotion or activation code in MyDrive Connect, do the following:

  1. Connect your navigation device to your computer. Switch on your device.
  2. If MyDrive Connect doesn't open automatically, click the MyDrive Connect icon ( or or ) in the Windows notification area or Apple menu bar and then click MyDrive Connect .
  3. If you are not already logged in, enter your email address and click Log in . You can select "Remember my email address" so you don't have to enter it next time.
     
  4. Click on Enter An Activation Code at the bottom of the page.
     
  5. If you have more than one navigation device linked to your account, you can now select which device you wish to use the activation code with.
     
  6. Type in your code, select the checkbox to agree to the terms and then click Activate .

Latest Map Guarantee

You no longer need a promotion code to qualify for the Latest Map Guarantee.
In MyDrive Connect the application automatically checks to see if you qualify for the Latest Map Guarantee. The new map is offered to you automatically.
