How do warnings on Tom work?

With Tom by TomTom you're joining our community of 5 million users. They report road incidents every day using their Tom, their TomTom app or their TomTom navigation device.

Tom's alerts are triggered by the TomTom app. By default the app has warnings for cameras, traffic and hazards enabled. You can also enable speeding warnings in the app in Settings > Warnings.
