For products purchased from TomTom.com, you have the right to cancel the purchase for any reason, if you contact TomTom within 14 days after the products have been delivered to you.
To cancel your order, go to Account details and select the Orders tab. Find your order, and follow the available option to cancel or request a refund.
You can also click Help & support in the bottom-right corner of this page to open our chatbot, then click or type “Request a refund”.
The exception is when the product in question is a service or a digital product (e.g. a map update purchased separately), where it's not possible to cancel the purchase. For more details, see: How to request a refund .
For ongoing subscriptions, you can cancel at any time, but any period you have already been billed for will not be refunded. For more information, see: How to cancel an ongoing service subscription .
