Devices, memory cards and other accessories
As soon as the Shipping Status shows "Shipped" on the TomTom website, we strive to deliver your order within 2-3 working days. Orders are delivered by courier Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00. You will receive a tracking number by email so that you can follow the delivery online.
For customers in the UK: Shipping is included for orders over £54.00. A shipping fee of £2.99 will be applied for any orders under £54.00.
For customers in Ireland: Shipping is included for orders over €60.00. A shipping fee of €9.95 will be applied for any orders under €60.00.
TomTom Traffic or LIVE Services
As soon as the Order Status shows "Payment in process" on the TomTom website, the subscription is automatically activated on your device. All you need to do to use the service is to switch the device on.

Maps, voices and speed camera subscriptions
As soon as the Order Status shows "Payment in process" on the TomTom website, your downloadable product is assigned to your TomTom account. You need to install our support software and then log in with your TomTom account to download and install this product on your navigation device.
- If you have purchased the Map Update Service, you will receive an email when a new map version is available for download. If you update your navigation device regularly, the map may already be installed on your device, before you receive the email reminder.
- If you have purchased a speed camera subscription, you can download speed camera updates twice a week. Navigation devices with an active LIVE Services subscription receive speed camera updates over the air.
