Headset pairing options with your Rider

If your headset only has one Bluetooth® channel you can pair it with either your RIDER or a Smartphone .
Select which one you want to pair to see the available features and compatible headsets:

If you have already tried to connect your devices, we recommend you to clear the pairing history on your device and phone and start again. This will establish a new Bluetooth® session between the devices:

To clear the pairing history on your device, go to main menu > Settings > Bluetooth® and delete the previous Bluetooth® pairings under Paired Device

The pairing history on your phone can be cleared in the Bluetooth® settings of Android/iOS.

1. Pair your RIDER:

   With this configuration it’s not possible to answer incoming calls using your headset.

   • Pair your Rider to the Headset.
   • Pair your Rider to the Phone.

   Improving quality of GPS instructions

   If your headset has A2DP support, go to Menu > Settings > Bluetooth® > on your device, select the headset name and then select activate A2DP setting . The status should change to Connected shortly.

   Features with this configuration

   • Navigation / UI audio (A2DP: higher quality)
   • Navigation / UI audio (HSP: lower quality)
   • Data for Traffic and other Services
   • Smartphone Notifications
   • See who is calling

2. Pair your Smartphone

   With this configuration it’s not possible to hear turn-by-turn instructions through your headset.

   • Pair your Phone to the Headset.
   • Pair your Rider to the Phone.

   • See who is calling

   • Pick up phone calls
