You will now receive a card with a QR code and a Repair ID instead of a printed letter when your repaired device is returned. Here’s how it works:
- Receive a Card: Your repaired device comes with a card.
- Scan the QR Code: Use your smartphone’s camera app to scan the code.
- View Details Online: The QR code takes you to a website with all repair details.
