To get a refund for a product or service, you can use our refund form for the quickest response.
You can also cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription in your account.

If your issue is not resolved, choose how you want to contact us:
- Live support: A team member will respond as soon as possible during working hours, or on the next business day if you contact us outside working hours.
- Email: If you prefer not to wait for a live support response, you can select the email option instead. You receive a response by the next business day.
After you send your message, a ticket ID is created for you. It may take 5-10 minutes for a ticket ID to appear in your account.
