No GPS signal on the GO Navigation app iOS

If the GO Navigation app is not tracking your GPS location, try the following:

  1. Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
  2. At the top of the screen, make sure Location Services are enabled.
  3. Scroll down and tap TomTom GO.
  4. Make sure Location Services are enabled for the app.
