TomTom services are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. When you purchase a service, such as Speed cameras, Live services, Traffic information, or Maps, your subscription is automatically set to renew at the end of service duration.
Most services are billed annually. This means subscription gets renewed and charge every year without placing a new order. If you have received an invoice or noticed an unexpected charge, check your account details to see if the subscription is active.

I cancelled but still received an invoice
If you own multiple TomTom devices, check the subscription for each device. If you have canceled the auto-renewal on one TomTom device, you may still receive an invoice if the subscription remains active for another TomTom device.
If you are using multiple different accounts, you may also receive invoices from different accounts. Review all your accounts to ensure that the subscription is cancelled in each.
