You can turn off auto-renewal at any time. Here's how it works and how refunds are handled.
What happens when I turn off auto-renewal?
- You won't be charged again after your current billing period ends.
- You'll keep all benefits until your subscription expires.
- After it expires, access stops unless you renew.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time to prevent future payments. This doesn't end your subscription immediately; it continues until the end of the current billing period. See Cancelling a subscription for steps.
Are subscriptions refundable?
Turning off auto-renewal doesn't make you eligible for a refund for the time remaining in your current period. In most cases, subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Customer Support and we'll help.
What's the difference between turning off auto-renewal and canceling a subscription?
Turning off auto-renewal stops future payments, but your subscription stays active until the current subscription period ends.
Canceling a subscription is often another way of referring to turning off auto-renewal, meaning you keep access to subscription benefits until the expiry date but won't be charged again.
