Error 443 in TomTom HOME

Some customers are experiencing 'Error 443' when trying to download a map zone.

The error message reads: Download .tomtom.com:443 uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: a248.c.akamai.net, *.akamaihd.net …. (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)

Click Cancel to clear the error and continue.

Note: If you click on a different map zone and the error message appears again, click Cancel to continue.
