Purchase or renew Speed Cameras
1. Sign in to your TomTom account.
2. Click on purchase link and complete the purchase or renewal. Check the coverage before purchase.
Downloading Speed Cameras
Wi-Fi connected devices
- Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network.
- Make sure you’re signed in with the correct TomTom account.
- Go to Settings > Updates & New Items.
- Download Speed Cameras when they appear.
If you’ve just purchased the service, it may take a few minutes to appear.
MyDrive Connect devices
- Connect your device to your computer.
- Open MyDrive Connect and sign in.
- Go to My Content or Updates.
- Download Speed Cameras.
After downloading, ensure Speed Camera warnings are turned on, see Enabling and disabling speed camera warnings
I’ve purchased Speed Cameras but can’t find them to download
If you can’t find Speed Cameras after purchase or renewal, please try these steps.
- Restart your device and check for updates again.
- Confirm your order is visible and active in Orders.
- Make sure you’re logged in with the correct TomTom account on the device used to purchase the speed cameras.
- Check that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or MyDrive Connect.
If your order shows as completed but not activated, see Order not activated after purchase.
