Tom's alerts are generated by the free TomTom app, no subscription required. Download it from the App Store or Google Play. If your phone isn't compatible you see a message in the store.
To pair Tom with the app, you'll need Android 12 or later, or iOS 18 or later.
Use Tom with GO Expert and other apps
Tom only needs the TomTom app running in the background. You can use it alongside the GO Expert app, a sat nav or any other app.
