The steps and settings mentioned in this FAQ are only available in MyDrive Connect for Windows, version 220.127.116.1161 and above. If you get the above error message while installing MyDrive Connect, follow these steps:
Click OK to let MyDrive Connect try to resolve the error and complete the installation.
If the installation fails, you will be shown the following message:
Click OK and MyDrive Connect will launch the installer for the missing components.
Click on Repair
If the installation fails once again, you will get the following message:
Click on Repair to complete the installation.
If you clicked >Uninstall , you will need to reinstall the program manually. Go to Computer > Program Files (x86) > MyDrive Connect > vcredist and double-click on VC_redist.x86.exe
