This error occurs when you link a new LIVE device to your MyTomTom account in TomTom HOME.
To fix this error, follow the steps below:

Click the eject button in TomTom HOME.

Disconnect your navigation device from your computer.

Use your navigation device to log into your MyTomTom account as follows:
In the main menu on your device, tap Change preferences, then tap MyTomTom account . Log in with the email address you use for your MyTomTom account. -
Once you're logged in, connect your navigation device to your computer again.
You should now be able to log into your MyTomTom account in TomTom HOME.
