The battery of your TomTom Touch Fitness Tracker lasts up to 5 days depending on frequency of use and your personal settings. To improve the battery life, try any or all of the following:
- Turn off phone notifications in the TomTom Sports mobile app.
- Turn off All day heart rate monitoring in the TomTom Sports mobile app.
- When paired with a mobile device, keep the TomTom Touch within Bluetooth® range of the paired device.
