TomTom app
The easiest way to report a speed camera with the TomTom app is using our road alert assistant Tom. This device powers on automatically the moment you step in the car. It gives you alerts for speed cameras, obstacles and traffic.
You can report speed cameras by following these steps:
- If you see a speed camera but Tom doesn't warn you, just press the front button to report it.
- If you are warned of a speed camera, pressing the front button confirms it.
- If you are warned but there no longer is a speed camera, pressing the top button (on/off) reports this.
In the TomTom app itself, you can report a speed camera by tapping the report button in the bottom right of the driving view. The driving view is shown once the app detects that you’re driving or when you have planned a route.
- Tap the report button in the bottom right of the driving view.
- Tap Speed camera or Mobile camera.
