How to update the TomTom app

To ensure the best performance we recommend that you always keep the TomTom app up-to-date. 

Android

On your phone, go to the page for TomTom app on Google Play.

  • If you're shown Update, tap the button to update the TomTom app.
  • If you're shown Open, you're using the latest version.

Tip: Tap the menu buttons in the top right to enable auto-update.

iOS

On your iPhone, go to the page for TomTom app in the Apple App Store. 

  • If you're shown Update, tap the button to update the TomTom app.
  • If you're shown Open, you're using the latest version.

Tip: In iPhone Settings > Apps > App Store, select App Updates to automatically install new app updates.
