If you're in Europe and don't have a suitable local option, we can help. Use our recycling form as a last resort, due to the environmental impact of shipping.
Before you start
- You'll need to sign in to your TomTom account to access the form.
- The form is available in Europe only.
- Devices sent for recycling cannot be returned. Back up and remove any data first.
How to request recycling with TomTom (Europe only)
- Open the recycling form and sign in.
- Enter your device model and your address details.
- Submit your request.
What happens next
- We'll email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack your device and send it using the label.
