Carminat TomTom LIVE Services not available after 3 years without a subscription

Carminat TomTom LIVE devices have a built-in SIM card that connects to the TomTom servers to provide access to LIVE Services. The SIM card is automatically deactivated after 3 years without use. This means that the device will not be able to connect to LIVE Services anymore if there has been no active subscription in the past 3 years. All other navigation features will continue to work normally.

If you've purchased LIVE Services for your Carminat LIVE device and think the above issue applies to you, or you would like to check if your SIM card has been deactivated, contact Customer Care .
