Plan a route using latitude and longitude coordinates on your TomTom device. If you know the exact coordinates of your destination, follow the steps below to start navigating.
Steps for devices:
GO x50 LIVE, GO x50, GO x40, GO x30, GO x20, GO x10, GO, XXL IQ Routes, XXL Classic, XL LIVE, XL, ONE RIDER 2nd edition, RIDER 1st edition, Blue&Me TomTom, Carminat TomTom, Toyota Aygo Connect Multimedia, Mazda Navigation (NVA-SD8110)(LIVE)
- From the Main menu, tap Navigate to...
- Tap Latitude Longitude.
- Enter the coordinates and tap OK.
Note: The latitude and longitude coordinates can be formatted in three different ways:
Degrees (d.d°) - 49.5000°, -123.5000°
Minutes (d°m.m') - 49°30.0', -123°30.0'
Seconds (d°m's'') - 49°30'00"N, 123°30'00"W
Your navigation device is set to Degrees by default. For steps on how to change the format, follow the steps below:
- From the Main menu, tap Change preferences.
- Tap Set units.
- Select a latitude and longitude format in the Coordinate display screen and tap Done.
Steps for devices:
Rider (2013), Rider Pro, Urban Rider
To navigate to a location using latitude and longitude coordinates, follow the steps below:
- From the Main menu, tap Navigate to...
- Tap Latitude Longitude.
- Enter the coordinates and tap OK.
Note: The latitude and longitude coordinates can be formatted in three different ways:
