Traffic services are not downloaded or installed on your device. They are activated automatically when you purchase a subscription and connect your device to the internet.
If you have purchased or renewed Traffic but do not see it on your device, follow these steps:
- Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
- Log in with the same TomTom account used to purchase the subscription.
- Check that your subscription is active in your account.
- Restart your device and reconnect it to the internet to refresh the connection.
- Go to Settings > Updates & New Items to sync your device.
