Cancelling a subscription

You can stop automatic renewal of your subscription on TomTom.com. Here’s how:

1. Sign in at TomTom.com
2. Select Subscriptions at the top of the page.
3. Find the subscription you want to change.
4. Under Options, select Cancel, then confirm.

Cancel a subscription from a GO Expert app

If you purchased through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Google or Apple, not TomTom. Follow the steps for your device.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
3. Tap Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
4. Select your TomTom subscription.
5. Tap Cancel subscription, then confirm.

iPhone (iOS)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select TomTom GO Expert (or your TomTom app subscription).
5. Tap Cancel subscription, then confirm.

What happens after you cancel

Your subscription stays active until its scheduled renewal date. After that date, it ends and you won't be charged again.
