This error appears when MyDrive Connect is unable to connect to TomTom services. It does not always mean the servers are busy. The connection is usually interrupted by your network, device, or settings.
Follow these steps to restore the connection:
- Check your internet connection and make sure it is active and stable. Do not use a VPN.
- Restart your computer, then open MyDrive Connect, log out and log back in with your TomTom account. Make sure you are using the latest version of MyDrive Connect.
- Allow MyDrive Connect through your firewall or antivirus software. Temporarily disable them only to confirm they are not blocking the connection, then enable them again.
- Open Settings in MyDrive Connect, select Cache, and click Clear cache.
- Connect to another Wi-Fi network or use a mobile hotspot.
If you still see this message after completing all steps, TomTom services may be temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
