Combustion or hybrid cars
To plan a route for combustion or hybrid cars, follow these steps:
- Tap Search to enter an address or name. Or tap a location on the map to set your destination.
- Tap Route.
The app plans a route with alternatives. - To choose an alternative route, tap that route on the map.
- Tap Drive.
The app starts giving turn-by-turn instructions for your route.
Electric cars
(Android for now, iOS to follow)
Make sure you select your car model in Menu > My car to enable EV routing.
- Tap Search to enter an address or name. Or tap a location on the map to set your destination.
- Tap Plan trip.
- Set the battery levels for your car so that the app can determine if any charging stops are needed along your route.
- Tap Current location to set the charging level when you start driving.
- Tap your destination to set what charging level you expect upon arrival.
- Tap Route.

- To see a list of charging stops (if applicable) swipe up.
- Tap Drive
The app starts giving turn-by-turn instructions for your route.
Tip: If you only wish speed camera and traffic alerts, just start driving without planning a route. Once the app detects that you’re driving it starts giving you alerts.
